For our Southridge Area Townhomes we are leasing now for August 2008 occupancy. For our Apartments, Duplexes and Houses, as we have availability, just check the links to the left.

But please don't hesitate to call us anytime during the year. We might have what you want and when you need it.

Our lease is a standard residential lease. Leases are typically for one year and allow for subleasing. Security deposits equal one month's rent, add $200.00 to the deposit for a pet, most dogs and cats are OK.

Our units include the main kitchen appliances (some units have washers and dryers), but unless specified are unfurnished. Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless specified otherwise.

We make leasing easy. Complete the application once approved (usually the same day), put down a security deposit, sign a lease, and the place is yours. Simple? You bet!
