For our Southfield Townhomes we are leasing as we have availability and we are currently adding names to our waiting list for specific move-in dates. For our Apartments, Duplexes and Houses, as we have availability, just check the links to the left.

But please don't hesitate to call us anytime during the year. We might have what you want, when you need it.

Our lease is a standard residential lease. Leases are typically for one year and allow for subleasing with written authorization. Security deposits equal one month's rent, add $200.00 to the deposit for a pet; most dogs and cats are OK. Please view the "Q&A-Pet Policies" link to the left.

Our units include the main kitchen appliances (some units have washers and dryers), but unless specified are unfurnished. Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless specified otherwise.

We make leasing easy. Complete the application, once approved (usually the same day), put down a security deposit, sign a lease, and the place is yours. Simple? You bet!
